These Terms and Conditions govern the mutual rights and obligations between the Seller and the Buyer arising in connection with or on the basis of a purchase contract concluded through the online store.

2. Order and Conclusion of Contract

All presentations of goods on the website are for informational purposes only.

The Buyer places an order via the web interface. Before submitting the order, the Buyer can check and modify the provided details.

The purchase contract is concluded upon delivery of the order confirmation sent by the Seller to the Buyer's e-mail address.

3. Price and Payment Terms

Prices are displayed in CZK / EUR.

The Seller is not a VAT payer.

Payment can be made using the payment methods specified in the checkout process (e.g., credit/debit card, bank transfer).

4. Delivery

Goods are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer or to designated pickup points.

Shipping costs are displayed during the checkout process. Free shipping may be offered for orders exceeding a specified threshold.

5. Right of Withdrawal (Returns within 14 Days)

The Buyer (consumer) has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.

To exercise this right, the Buyer must inform the Seller in writing via e-mail at bartoskova.kristyn@gmail.com.

Goods must be returned unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition. The Buyer covers the shipping costs for returning the goods.

The Seller will refund the payment within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been customized or tailor-made according to the Buyer's specific requirements (custom sizing).

6. Warranty and Claims (Defective Goods)

The Seller is responsible for ensuring that the goods are free from defects upon receipt.

The statutory warranty period for consumers is 24 months from the date of receipt.

In case of a defect, the Buyer has the right to request repair, replacement, a reasonable discount, or contract cancellation depending on the nature of the defect via e-mail.

7. Data Protection

Personal data of the Buyer is processed in compliance with the GDPR. Detailed information regarding privacy policies is available in a separate document on the website.
